GEM AND LEAF accepts refunds or replacements of an order if your purchase does not meet your satisfaction free of any processing fee or shipping cost.

Return policy:

  • All items shipped from GEMANDLEAF.com, that meet the “Return Condition Policy” can be returned for refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. 

Refund and replacement timeline: 

  • The return order should be ordered within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item(s) should be shipped back before 30 days of delivery. 
  • The refund/replacement orders are processed after item(s) are received by GEMANDLEAF and meet “Return Condition Policy”. 
  • It can take up to 30 business days since the item(s) are received to process your refund/replacement request. 
  • A replacement order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be created.
  • Please note, after the refund is initiated, it might take additional days, depending on your financial institution, to see the refund in your bank account.

Return condition policy: The product shall be undamaged, unused and in its original package.
